About

What happened. What's likely next.

Most financial data providers tell you the current state of a public company. HawkData tells you the sequence — and what that sequence implies about the future.

We monitor SEC filings from every public company and convert them into structured corporate events: leadership changes, insider transactions, acquisitions, buyback authorizations, dividend moves, debt issuances, auditor changes, activist filings, bankruptcies. Each event is attributed to a specific form and item and linked back to its source filing on EDGAR.

These events are organized into per-company audit trails — chronological histories of the major decisions and changes that occur inside a public company.

On top of that, HawkData runs a prediction engine. We analyze audit trails across thousands of historical public companies to identify which event patterns tend to precede important outcomes — acquisitions, bankruptcies, executive turnover, activist campaigns, dividend changes, buybacks. Rather than predict stock prices, we predict corporate outcomes.

HawkData is built for the data companies, equity-research platforms, and investment-analytics teams whose customers need to know not only what has happened, but what is likely to happen next.

HawkData is an early-stage company, founded in 2026. If our thesis resonates, we'd love to hear from you.
